Alcalde
The Alcalde is an antique railroad box stove, and its name is emblazened above the door.
From the Spanish, its name roughly translates to 'magistrate' or 'judge'. It is a three-legged stove, 19" high, with a 15" x 26" footprint and a 9" x 15" firebox. Originally, it was in a RR yard shack in Tehachapi, CA, for the RR clerk. He decided to buy and move the shack, but didn't want the stove.
